Anusara-Inspired Yoga is a light-hearted, all-inclusive system of yoga that is delightfully challenging and empowering. Anusara integrates the Universal Principles of AlignmentTM, celebration of the heart, and balanced energetic action. In a supportive, dynamic and playful environment, the teacher will weave yoga intention and biomechanical cues to empower students to gracefully achieve a deeper practice.

Focus on Alignment, incorporating the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment, and Slow Flow in this full spectrum class. Explore a variety of different poses while refinancing your technique.

We will begin with a few minutes of quiet tuning in. Next we will practice grounded yoga! Grounded poses are traditional yoga poses enhanced by tapping into what all kids and teens relate to in their lives. Students will learn the benefits of each pose and how to bring yoga into their everyday lives. Each class is based on an inspirational theme. We will end with Savasana and guided imagery. Ha Ha Hot begins each class with a heart-opening theme and takes students on an uplifting, challenging, and often comical journey of the body, mind and spirit. Each class is grounded in the universal principles of alignment and teaches students to playfully 'flow with grace' as they align with nature and the rhythms of the universe.

Hot Core Power originated to capture the essence of the traditional hot yoga class and its 26 static postures while adding the flow and grace of a Vinyasa yoga sequence. Students will receive the benefits of a Hot Yoga class with further hip opening and upper body and core strengthening.
