Grounded Training
In Grounded, we share experiences and fulfill the universal desire to be connected and belong to a group. We teach in studios, classrooms, after school clubs, special events, community centers and more. Although Atlanta is home ground, classes and teacher trainings are offered all over the world. Our expectations are high; we work hard, laugh whole-heartedly and build self-esteem and confidence in a safe, non-competitive space. When we are grounded, we have the stability and strength that it takes to handle any situation with grace, a positive attitude, and flexibility. That's elevation!
Grounded- Training Offerings
To be a CERTIFIED Grounded Teacher, you must successfully complete On-Line Mentoring and all 3 levels of Grounded Teacher Training. Our program is a Registered Childrens Yoga School by the Yoga Alliance, this means that if you are a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), our training hours count towards your 95 hour Registered Childrens Yoga Teacher Status (RCYT).
Instructor-Led Courses
Level 1: Get Grounded: A Groundbreaking invitation to create authentic presence, complete engaging groundwork and be your most elevated self with kids of all ages. This provides 22 contact hours towards becoming a Yoga Alliance certified Childrens Yoga Instructor. Completion of this course also makes you Grounded Teacher.
Level 2: Quest for Elevation: Ignite your compassion, creativity, teaching skills and genuine voice to elevate yourself and your community. This provides 33 contact hours towards becoming a Yoga Alliance certified Childrens Yoga Instructor.
Level 3: Grounded for Good: Express your unique, grounded and elevated self to serve the world. Completion of this course provides an additional 33 contact hours which completes your path towards becoming a Yoga Alliance Certified Childrens Yoga Instructor (RCYT).
Self-Guided Courses
Stay Grounded: On-Line Mentoring: We know Grounding takes time and we give you an alternative option to moving forward after you've Grounded yourself in the Level 1 training. If you are looking to expand upon the base that you learned in Level 1, and are contemplating becoming more Grounded through the certification process, we offer the Grounded On-Line Mentoring Program (OLM). A unique 24x7 on-line virtual classroom with video instruction, on-line assignments, mentoring, peer review, and support.
