Why is Family yoga so powerful? This workshop examines the strong and joyful way to move together mindfully. Learn how to align the different parts of your body to re-pattern your energy flow so that your body will feel more grounded and free. You'll examine how your feet, legs, and abdominals work together to create greater strength, integration, and ease in all of your poses. Everything works better with alignment and integration--you breathe better, your relationships are better, and you feel less out of control. In every moment there is an opportunity to see things differently and move through stuck family patterns. It’s all about finding awareness and connection to yourself, the postures, and each other. Join us for an extremely fun workshop revolved around learning how to channel these postures into your everyday family "practice" with ease and excitement! You will find appropriate variations of classic postures as well as our signature Grounded postures to accommodate students of different ages (at least 7) and abilities. Form your family as you wish.
